William Wallace from "Braveheart"

Finally, the William Wallace drawing is done!
I worked so hard on this one. So so many hours...! Wore out tons of pencils!
I actually though I was done about a week ago, but yesterday I sat down and made a few tiny changes and added more details.

The eyes was very important for me to get right, and I loved every minute drawing them!

The skin-texture was by far the most difficult. HOW I wish they shaved him for this scene!

Also the rough (really black) charcoal caused a few problems when it was time to add more highlights. But I fought and won! Hihi!

I absolutely love this movie... It's so sad, so brutal, but beautiful beyond words...
